Graigherron Holiday House has accommodation for 6 people over two floors.

Ground Floor. Graigherron has a large Sun Lounge along with a Sittingroom, Diningroom, Kitchen, and Bathroom with bath (mixer tap shower over),  wash basin and WC.  There is also a seperate Shower room with shower and WC. There are 2 bedrooms (1 Double & 1 Twin - both with wash hand basin).

First Floor. Loft Conversion has a twin bedroom accessed by a wooden staircase.

Facilities. Graigherron has oil central heating and is double glazed. There is a Washing machine, a Dishwasher,  a Fridge / freezer,   an Electric cooker and a Microwave . It has a Television, Sky Freeview box and a DVD player along with a HiFi system with radio and CD player .

At Graigherron bed linen is provided for you, but you are asked to bring your own towels.

• Changeover day is Saturday.
• There is a lockable shed in the grounds of Graigherron which is ideal for securing bikes/etc.
• Off street parking for up to 3 vehicles.
• The property has a large enclosed  garden with patio and garden furniture.
• For those with restricted mobility, Graigherron is very convenient to get around as almost all rooms are on ground floor (the loft conversion being the exception). There is only a small lip at the door threshold and vehicles can be brought close to the front door.
• A Cot and High Chair can be supplied on request.
• Graigherron is a no smoking Property.

Dogs. Maximum 1 well behaved dog for which there is a charge of £20 per week. As no dog's bedding is supplied you are required to bring appropriate bedding with you.
